How to get to Il Casello
For those coming from Rome exit the A1 at Firenze Sud and follow the signs for Greve in Chianti, following the SR 222 road.
For those coming from Milan exit the A1 at Firenze Certosa and take the SS 2 road direction Tavarnuzze and Greve. About 5km after Tavernuzze there is a distinct left turn indicated for Greve in Chianti.
Once you have reached the town of Greve in Chianti “Il Casello” is 5 km further south along the SR 222 road direction Siena, just 1.5km before Panzano. The turning for “Il Casello” is clearly indicated on the left hand side of the road.
