Terms and Conditions

Check In: from 4pm until 8pm. Outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

Check Out: by 10.30 a.m.

Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the cost of the rooms but NOT the apartments. Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 10.00 a.m.

Children: Extra bed for children under 12 years of age free of charge. Breakfast €6.

Every room and apartment has a telephone for receiving as well as making external calls.

FREE WI-FI connection in the reception area.

Not included in the cost of the accommodation: telephone calls, snacks, dinner and beverages.

Products for personal hygiene are provided in the bathrooms.

There is free, off-road parking.

Supplements: Extra cleaning in the apartments on request: €10/hour; extra bed linen and towels: €5/set.

Credit cards: we accept Visa and Mastercard

Reservations: in order to guarantee your reservation we require either credit card details to secure the room or a deposit equivalent to the first night's rental for the apartments. Your credit card information can be entered via our secure page on www.ilcasello.it/cards.htm

CANCELLATION POLICY
Rooms: from the reservation date up to 8 days before the arrival date - no charge. From the 7th day onwards or in the case of no show we will charge the first night to your card.
Apartments: from the reservation date up to 15 days before arrival - no charge. From the 14th day onwards or in the case of no show the deposit made at the time of booking is forfeited.
